A medical microfluidic embedding station using electric crystals for faster cooling and prevention of contamination in labs.
Cooling processes with refrigerated compressor can increase contamination in door labs, causing contamination in the environment and those operating in the lab.
Our innovation is a cooling process of up to minus 20 degrees celsius which uses an electrical source and does not rely on traditional refrigerated compressor. The cooling process is done by electric crystals which cool much faster than the old methods, and it prevents the formation of contamination in the station.
The station was developed in a small scale and therefore less materials were used, which led to lower production cost and consequently lower price. We also developed the innovation (microfluidic embedding station) in different phases such as: High Technology, Heating process, Paraffin wax processing, Dispensing process. We have applied all necessary tests for this product.
